The Law aims at protection of investors´ interests, enhancement of responsibility of subjects of financial and credit mechanisms before the investors, supervision and control performed by the bodies entitled to regulate the activity of such subjects.
The Law introduces amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements, the Civil Code, the Laws "On Financial and Credit Mechanisms and Administration of Property by Housing Development and Operations with Real Estate", "On Planning of Development and Site Coverage".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 1418.
